Been less than a month since the South Parking Lot at Pendleton Athletic Park was Blacktopped and it was nice to see Pendleton County Road Department, adding some finishing touches to the project.
The work today added some dirt in areas, bringing everything to a finishing grade and getting the drainage the way it is needed.
